2：Confirm our 3D product design
We will make a 3D bottle design according to your requirements in 3 days, then it’s time for you to check and confirm.
3：PET blow mold 3D file and Structure Drawing
As soon as the bottle preform design is confirmed, our engineering team will make mold 3D file and structure drawings
4：Precision manufacturing

5：Quality Control
High precision CCD measurement equipment tfrom Zeiss to check the physical dimension of mold stacks (core, cavity, neck ring , lock ring )

To achieve the micro grade precision requirement , we build up a prefect quality control system and imported a series of high precision inspection instrument, such as ZEISS three-coordinates measuring machine from Germany, 2D Height indicator from MITUTOYO Japan and TRIMOS Switzerland, TAST measuring instrument from Switzerland, FT hardness tester from Japan and more than 20 sets of testing equipment.
